SUMMARY Apartment community is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in maintaining property. Perform apartment repair/turn overs including sheet rock repair, setting commodes, hanging ceiling fans and general apartment maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

Prior Apartment Maintenance experience Light plumbing experience Experience with caulking, painting, and light drywall work Changing light fixtures Good Customer Service skills Needs to have their own transportation.
