Job Description

Apartment Maintenance Technician Roanoke, VA Region Monday-Friday | Full-Time Start ASAP $19-$21 hourly, depending on experience We're currently seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a residential community in the Roanoke, VA region. This is a Monday-Friday position with an immediate start for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities Complete daily work orders in a timely and professional manner Perform general maintenance including: Plumbing (minor repairs) Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures) Carpentry Painting & drywall Appliance repairs Assist with apartment turns/make-readies Maintain curb appeal and common areas Communicate effectively with residents and on-site staff Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Strong customer service skills Reliable transportation and valid ID HVAC experience is a plus, but not required #
NMISC Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
