This individual will be responsible for repairing or replacing defective equipment parts, changing forklift breakpads, performing general physical activities such as lifting, bending, climbing, and much more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $17/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 7 AM – 3:30 PM + mandatory overtime Located in Ruther Glen, Virginia Duties and Responsibilities Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools Change forklift breakpads Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently Complete all necessary paperwork for equipment and tasks Housekeeping Inspecting equipment, Structures or Material Performing general physical activities such as lifting, bending, and climbing Handling and moving objects Repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment Trouble shoot and problem solving Maintenance Technician must promote a safe work environment through personal actions; identify any safety concerns as well as cost saving opportunities Maintenance Technician must show a high level of responsibility Follow instructions for safely operating equipment Have an understandable knowledge of the Operators Manual Maintain a clean, neat, organized work area at all times Requirements and Qualifications Experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or general maintenance role Able to commute Problem solving skills Ability to follow instructions Must be flexible and able to work any shift in support of business needs — (Salary range based on experience) —
