Maintenance Technician

Job Title:

Maintenance Technician (Starting @ $28/hr) Job Description We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Alexandria, VA. In this role, you will work in a dynamic food manufacturing environment, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency. Conduct repairs on machinery and conveyer systems. Assist with PLC troubleshooting as needed. Essential Skills Strong mechanical skills. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with electrical or PLC systems is preferred. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a food manufacturing environment focused on frozen croissant production. This third shift position runs from 10 pm to 5 am, with the possibility of working 5 or 6 days depending on production demands. No certifications, medical requirements, or PPE are necessary for this role. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
