Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our manufacturing facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in facilities maintenance and a focus on safety and efficiency. This position offers opportunities for leadership and professional growth within a collaborative environment. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, facilities, and systems to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Program and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to support automation processes. Conduct welding repairs and modifications as needed to maintain equipment integrity. Lead or participate in team efforts to improve maintenance procedures and operational efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Electrical experience including troubleshooting with Ohmmeters and understanding electrical systems. Skilled in welding techniques for repair and fabrication tasks. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) programming and troubleshooting. Supervising or leadership experience is a plus for roles involving team oversight or project management. Knowledge of residential painting is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English are required for effective teamwork and documentation. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
