We're on the lookout for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining our diverse range of properties. Responding to help desk tickets and tackling emergency tasks will be second nature to you.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Mastering the art of interior painting Showcasing your green thumb through expert groundskeeping Embracing the winter wonderland with efficient snow shoveling Stepping in as a backup for Janitorial and Housekeeping Perfecting the craft of taping and mudding drywall/MDO Skillfully replacing drywall/MDO Becoming a door hanging and hardware installation maestro Unleashing your creativity through woodworking/carpentry Navigating plumbing/heating challenges with ease Illuminating spaces with your electrical expertise Other exciting duties as assigned

Qualifications Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED. Must possess a clean driving record.

Knowledge and Competencies:

plumbing and heating (min. 2 years of self-directed, independent work experience) carpentry at all levels (min. 1 year); electrical (min. 3 years); roofing (min 2 years) excellent knowledge of drafting and engineering skills, as well as the ability to read and translate blueprints Appliance and furnace repair knowledge and experience a plus Must have a minimum of one year past experience in flooring, painting, vinyl and wood sidings and trim Benefits Washington County Mental Health Services benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with a generous match, paid time off, life insurance, and more.
