• Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a well-established property management organization in the Burlington area to help them hire a Maintenance Technician.

This key role supports daily maintenance operations, ensuring that facilities, equipment, and systems are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

• Key Responsibilities
• + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical components.

+ Complete service requests, repairs, and equipment replacements in a timely, professional manner. + Support property turnover and readiness by completing unit inspections, repairs, and updates per checklist. + Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. + Operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and mechanical equipment safely and effectively. + Maintain electronic work order documentation and communicate updates using phone or tablet-based systems. + Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance needs (approximately six weeks per year). + Follow all safety, purchasing, and property maintenance procedures as directed by management.

• Qualifications and Must-Haves
• + 2+ years of maintenance, building repair, or facilities experience preferred.

+ Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. + Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. + Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. + Strong problem-solving skills and a team-focused attitude. + Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move materials up to 75 lbs. as needed.
