Facilities Maintenance Technician Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Multiple Locations Primary Location

- Richmond VT About Collaborative Solutions Corporation Collaborative Solutions Corporation (CSC) provides residential and community-based services that support adults in recovery.
Qualifications include:
High school diploma or GED. 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities, property, building, or general maintenance. An equivalent combination of relevant training and experience may be considered. General knowledge of building maintenance methods, materials, tools, and safe work practices. Ability to perform minor plumbing, electrical, heating, carpentry, and general building repairs within the scope of the position. Ability to determine when a repair requires a licensed or specialized outside contractor. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to plan and prioritize daily work with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Basic computer skills and willingness to use email, calendars, work-order/CMMS software, and other agency applications. Ability to maintain accurate maintenance and inspection documentation. Ability to establish positive working relationships with residents, coworkers, supervisors, and outside vendors. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance. Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 60 pounds. Work Environment This position works across multiple CSC facilities, including residential settings serving adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will have regular interaction with residents and must maintain appropriate professional boundaries, confidentiality, and respectful communication. The position requires the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, respond appropriately to changing priorities, and remain professional in situations that may occasionally be stressful. Evening, overnight, or weekend work may occasionally be required, including response to after-hours facilities emergencies.
