$29.00 to $31.00 per hour About Us Guide Property Services is a rapidly growing mid-size property management company based in Seattle, Washington. We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to handle work orders, unit turns, and vendor coordination for two properties on Bainbridge Island. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow and succeed with a company in the middle of exciting expansion. Responsibilities Complete resident work and repair orders in a timely and efficient manner Perform efficient, detailed unit turnovers Estimate repair time and extent of repairs accurately Conduct routine preventive maintenance tasks Troubleshoot and repair appliances Maintain inventory of materials and supplies Oversee work performed by external contractors when needed Maintain property grounds when necessary Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills across a two-property portfolio Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance or a related field Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Reliable transportation and your own set of basic tools required Comfortable traveling between two properties on Bainbridge Island as part of daily routine Compensation & Benefits $29.00 to $31.00 per hour Competitive benefits package Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company
