  • Pressure Washing Specialist Full-Time Position | Greater Seattle Area We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Maintenance Technician specializing in pressure washing to join our growing property management maintenance team.
This position services condominium and homeowner association properties throughout the greater Seattle area, including Bellevue and the Eastside. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, excellent benefits, and year-round work with a team that takes pride in maintaining beautiful communities. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Occasional overtime opportunities available Pay Starting wage: $28.00
