A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Stetson-Ross planer equipment and related machinery. Complete preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and support production goals. Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements, while working around heavy equipment and industrial machinery.
