The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintenance and preparation of vacant units in a timely manner. Performs a wide range of tasks and work orders for occupied units as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service.
- Must have painting experience and maintenance knowledge
- Must have valid driver's license and valid vehicle insurance
