• Complete scheduled maintenance routines and maintain accurate operational documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including motors, belts, photo-eyes, and relays.
• Track, organize, and manage department parts and equipment inventory.
• Build positive working relationships across operations teams and mentor junior technicians.
• Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, on shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Lift parts and tools weighing up to 49 lbs.
• Perform physical movements continuously, including standing and walking on concrete, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience using computers for daily maintenance or administrative tasks (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation via MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexibility to work required shifts, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• Associate degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical technology or trade certification.
• 2+ years maintaining and repairing automated conveyor systems, MHE, and controls.
• 2+ years performing predictive/preventative maintenance procedures.
• Experience utilizing a CMMS for work orders and inventory tracking.
• Blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
• Metal and wood fabrication skills.
• Basic electrical/electronic troubleshooting (inputs/outputs) and knowledge of electromechanical or robotic operations.
• Working knowledge of MHE safety standards (OEM) and prior project management experience.
