Snohomish County / North King County Mr. Handyman of Everett is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Handyman Assistant to support our Service Professionals and help keep our warehouse and office running smoothly. If you have basic home‑improvement experience and a desire to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills with a respected local franchise. Why Join Our Team Use of company vehicles, tools, trailers, and equipment Flexible scheduling for important personal commitments Direct support and communication with the franchise owner Opportunities to learn from experienced Senior Service Professionals Responsibilities Maintenance & Repair Support Assist lead technicians with small to medium residential and commercial projects Complete basic repair and maintenance tasks independently Support projects ranging from short two‑hour jobs to multi‑day assignments Warehouse & Operational Support Help maintain company vehicles, equipment, and the warehouse Assist with general office/warehouse tasks as needed What We're Looking For Strong desire to exceed customer expectations Pride in workmanship and attention to detail Team‑oriented mindset Willingness to learn and grow Qualifications for Success Ability to communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff Basic knowledge of home improvement, landscaping, and/or automotive maintenance High energy, reliability, and a positive attitude Minimum Requirements Live in Snohomish County or North King County Possess basic personal tools Basic handyman or maintenance experience Insurable driving record Ability to pass a background check and driving record review Ability to lift 50 lbs independently Ability to work safely at heights and overhead for extended periods Professional appearance Ability to safely drive a trailerCompensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:
