This role is responsible for maintaining multiple restaurant locations by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and completing general repairs that keep our operations running smoothly. What You'll Do As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll support multiple restaurant locations by: Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections on restaurant equipment and building systems Troubleshooting and repairing kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, plumbing fixtures, lighting, doors, and general building systems Completing general maintenance projects, including drywall repair, painting, flooring repairs, ceiling tile replacement, minor carpentry, and facility improvements Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs Maintaining safe, clean, and fully operational restaurant environments for employees and guests Completing work orders accurately and communicating repair updates with restaurant leadership Coordinating with outside vendors when specialized repairs are required Assisting with new restaurant openings, remodels, and facility improvement projects Performing exterior maintenance, pressure washing, and general property upkeep Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce future maintenance issues What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Experience in commercial facilities maintenance, restaurant maintenance, property maintenance, or a related skilled trade Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and general building maintenance Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and problem-solving skills Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively The ability to prioritize multiple projects while working independently Strong communication and customer service skills A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed Basic computer skills for managing work orders and communicating with the team Experience with restaurant equipment, refrigeration systems, or commercial kitchens is a plus but not required. We're happy to train someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable vehicle capable of transporting tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment Ability to travel daily between restaurant locations throughout the greater Seattle area Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Comfortable climbing ladders, working overhead, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces High school diploma or equivalent preferred Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Day shift Occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call emergency response as needed Why Join Kruwis Management?
