About Us:
NW Luxury Spas and Stoves is Central Washington's go-to destination for premium hot tubs, all-weather pools, fireplaces, and stoves. As a proud dealer of Arctic Spas and Clearwater Spas , we don't just sell luxury—we maintain it. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning & Service Technician to ensure our customers' backyard oases remain pristine, safe, and ready for enjoyment.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a reliable, "hands-on" individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in a job well done. As a Hot Tub Care & Maintenance Technician, you will be the face of our after-sales support, traveling to customer locations to perform routine maintenance, water chemistry balancing, and basic equipment troubleshooting. No prior experience? We will train the right person with a great attitude and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance:
Perform scheduled cleaning, vacuuming, and surface wiping for residential and commercial hot tubs/swim spas.
Water Chemistry:
Test water quality and apply appropriate chemicals to ensure safe, crystal-clear water.
Equipment Inspection:
Conduct multi-point inspections of covers, filters, jets, and pumps to identify potential issues before they become problems.
Documentation:
Use our mobile service app to log completed jobs, upload photos of the finished work, and note any required repairs for the service team.
Customer Education:
Briefly advise customers on best practices for daily spa care and chemical safety.
Inventory Management:
Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle with necessary chemicals and tools.
What We're Looking For:
Reliability:
A track record of being on time and managing a daily schedule independently.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (Central Washington winters included!) and lift up to 50 lbs.
Communication:
Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with homeowners or their guests.
Clean Driving Record:
A valid driver's license and a safe driving history are required.
Detail-Oriented:
You're the type of person who notices the small things that others miss.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and reporting.

Base Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 40.0 per week
