At least 6 months of basic apartment maintenance experience A strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pride in delivering quality work and excellent service to residents

Job Responsibilities:

Complete general maintenance repairs (certification not required) Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs Appliance repair and installation Painting, drywall, and touch-up work Seasonal and preventative maintenance Health and safety-related maintenance tasks Install, repair, and rekey locks as needed Respond to service requests and assist with apartment turns Why Work With Career Strategies?
