Job Description
Overview Mirabella Seattle is a premier Life Plan Community located in the heart of downtown Seattle, offering residents an exceptional lifestyle with luxury amenities, outstanding services, and a vibrant community. We are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our buildings, equipment, and community spaces while delivering outstanding service to residents and team members. What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements including drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs throughout the community.
- Respond to maintenance requests, community alarms, emergency calls, and building emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and support the upkeep of community facilities and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents while following all safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Pay:
$27.00 - $35.00 / hr DOE About You- Minimum of one year of experience in carpentry, building maintenance, general repair, or a related field.
- Experience using hand tools, shop equipment, ladders, and basic maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification upon hire or within 90 days of hire; CPO certification preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of general electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
