Maintenance Technician (Full Time)
Job Description:
JetPro Pilots is actively recruiting on behalf of a well-established Part 91/135 operator in the Pacific Northwest seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aviation Maintenance Technician (A&P). This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of a diverse business aviation fleet. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining compliance with all FAA regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft systems including airframe, engines, hydraulics, electrical, and avionics Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections in accordance with FAA regulations Diagnose mechanical and technical discrepancies using proper testing equipment Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics Accurately document all maintenance actions in accordance with regulatory and company requirements Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at all times Collaborate with maintenance team members, flight crews, and leadership Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a safe and organized condition Schedule Full-time position Flexibility required (may include weekends, holidays, and on-call support as needed) Compensation Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off and Holidays Ongoing training and certification opportunities JetPro Pilots LLC is an equal opportunity employerJob Requirements:

Our plan also offers a free Health Savings Account (HSA) for pre-tax saving and spending for health-related expenses. For clients interested in setting up full-time retainer positions through JetPro Pilots, we have the flexibility to negotiate cost sharing and how these plans are structured. Employees working with JetPro Pilots may be eligible to participate in JetPro Pilots's 401(k) program. All full-time employees & certain on-demand ("W2 Contractor") employees are eligible for a 4% company match, with immediate vesting. Eligibility is based on the number of hours/days worked for JetPro within a 90 day period.
