We specialize in high-quality custom decks, patio covers, railings, and outdoor living spaces throughout Snohomish and North King County. Our projects are designed to last, and our reputation is built on craftsmanship, professionalism, and doing things the right way. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can confidently lead a team in the field, solve problems as they arise, and help maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect. What You'll Do Build custom composite decks Read plans and execute projects accurately Lead and mentor crew members on the jobsite Coordinate daily work to keep projects moving efficiently Ensure projects meet company quality standards Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed Maintain a clean, safe, organized jobsite What We're Looking For Several years of hands-on deck building or finish carpentry experience Strong knowledge of framing, layout, stairs, railings, and exterior construction Ability to read construction plans Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors year-round What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Four-day work week (Monday-Thursday) Medical benefits Paid Time Off Opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow Supportive team environment built around professionalism, ownership, and craftsmanship Why Burgess Construction?
