This is NOT a high-pressure sales role. Your job is to connect with homeowners, start conversations, generate interest, and help schedule free estimates for our outdoor lighting services.

• Compensation Base pay: $18/hour PLUS performance bonuses: $100
• 250 + per closed lighting project generated Additional monthly bonuses available based on performance This position has strong earning potential for someone motivated and consistent.
