Pay:
$17.50 - $19.00 per hourSchedule:
Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 8-hour shiftsLocation:
7703 NE 72nd Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98661 Job description: Club Green Meadows, a private golf, tennis and athletic club, and is currently hiring for a full-time building maintenance position. This position is responsible for ordering parts and supplies, light plumbing, drywall, painting, pool maintenance, HVAC filter changes and troubleshooting issues throughout the building and other general work requests . Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a mechanically inclined, tech-savvy problem solver to join our team. We are happy to hire at an entry-level position for someone with a solid foundation and understanding of general maintenance and handiness who is ready to learn. If you are someone who likes to take ownership of your workspace and wants to learn how to maintain a large-scale facility, this is the spot for you. The Role & Technology We have moved away from old-school paper logs. You will be using MaintainX , a mobile platform, to complete daily assigned tasks. Daily Digital Workflow:
You'll use the app to receive, track, and complete your assigned work orders. Being Proactive:
We want you to be productive. If you see something that needs attention, like a leaky faucet, a loose hinge, or a safety hazard, you'll use the app to create your own tasks, upload photos, and build out your maintenance history. Systems Upkeep:
You'll help maintain structural elements (drywall/paint), plumbing, HVAC filters, and our pool, sauna, and steam room systems. Compliance:
You'll assist the Maintenance Manager with keeping systems and buildings in compliance with safety standards and fire codes. What You Bring to the Team Skill set: You have basic experience with tools and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty while learning about plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs. Tech Literacy:
You are comfortable using smartphone apps to document work, take photos of repairs, and stay organized. Ownership Mentality:
You don't just wait to be told what to do; you take pride in your work, your workspace, and spotting issues before they become problems. Physical Readiness:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and remain active on your feet throughout the shift. Safety First:
