Job Description
Summary of Position:
Completing generator annual maintenance and work independently to troubleshoot and resolve generator issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel throughout the State of Wisconsin providing generator service.
- Perform routine generator maintenance, including; oil changes, air filter check and change, spark plug check and change, and firmware updates.
- Troubleshoot generator issues and effectively determine correct steps/parts to be taken/replaced to ensure proper generator operation.
- Record required service information for each job and submit to office for filing.
- Communicate with customer to obtain information needed to troubleshoot and to relay generator needs.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Be able to communicate effectively in English, in verbal and written formats.
- Ability to travel throughout the State of Wisconsin on a daily basis is required.
- Proven Mechanical/Technical training and abilities required.
- Must be flexible in availability and able to work overtime, if needed.
- Customer service experience required.
- Clean driving record.
- Willing to train the right candidate.

This position is part time to full time with the possibility of over time.
