About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical member of our technical team, ensuring the seamless operation of our production infrastructure. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules, including lubrication and component inspection, to ensure optimal equipment reliability. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions in processing and ancillary machinery to maintain continuous production flow. Manage technical inventory levels, ensuring all necessary spare parts and supplies are readily available for repairs. Conduct thorough facility inspections to identify potential equipment failures before they impact operational output. Maintain precise documentation and digital work order logs to track maintenance history and performance metrics. Uphold rigorous food safety and sanitation standards, including strict adherence to GMP and SQF protocols. Collaborate cross-functionally with production teams to prioritize urgent repairs and improve overall equipment effectiveness. Ensure a safe work environment by strictly following OSHA regulations and utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency in mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and the use of electrical meters. Demonstrated ability to perform welding and fabrication tasks. Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance. Preferred Skills Basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing environments.
