Express Employment in River Falls is currently recruiting for a company looking to add a Maintenance Technician to their team! The Maintenance Technician is in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment.

Shift :

7AM-3:30PM (Monday-Friday)

Pay :

Up to $28.37/hour

Location :

Baldwin, WI Job duties: Ensure all machinery is operating as it is designed Controls downtime by effectively troubleshooting and diagnosing problems quickly and accurately Ability to troubleshoot various robots and automation systems Ability to repair chillers, thermolators, resin driers, loader systems, grinders and tower fans Assist Maintenance Manager with machine installations; which includes electrical and plumbing skills Assist in preventative maintenance of company vehicles Maintain all facility grounds and buildings Work with subcontractors on facility maintenance Ensures that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops & reviewing technical publications

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 years in Maintenance and Machine repair 2-5 years of Injection Molding and Assembly experience Ability to test, troubleshoot and repair equipment using knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics and control logic Print reading, Pneumatic/Hydraulic/Electrical/Electronics Ability to use test equipment (multi-meters, calipers, micrometers) Ability to operate a forklift and move heavy equipment Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs. frequently, and 75 lbs. occasionally through a team lift. Must possess a valid state driver's license.
