Manufacturing Metalcraft of Mayville (Beaver Dam) Overview Reporting to the Maintenance Manager this role is primarily responsible for working in coordination with the Safety and Maintenance Departments to maintain the organization and cleanliness of the facility (inside/outside). Responsibilities Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the inside/outside appearance of the building and grounds. (Outside duties limited to minor snow cleanup, fenced yard organization, etc.) Safely operate a forklift to handle materials and complete work. Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve maintenance/safety issues. Use of general maintenance tools as needed to complete required tasks/repairs. Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards. Participate in equipment preventative maintenance. Lead 6S projects that include general safety/housekeeping tasks: setup/tear down of racking, painting identified walkways, organizing tools/work areas, etc. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent. Previous building and grounds experience preferred but not required.
