You'll be hands-on, keeping our modern CNC machinery and manufacturing systems in top shape. This isn't a custodial role — you'll be working with a talented maintenance crew that's known for their expertise and willingness to mentor. Experience in CNC machine repair and/or education in Industrial Maintenance or a related field Mechanical maintenance skills in complex machinery, PLCs, equipment repair and building repair Strong troubleshooting abilities, organizational skills, and effective communication Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) The ability to work independently, analyze problems and determine best solutions A Day in the
Life:
Install, maintain, and repair CNC machines, support equipment and structural systems Perform visual inspections of machinery and equipment, run diagnostics, and perform testing with precision instruments including electrical and electronic test equipment Follow blueprints and specifications, using precision measuring instruments and hand tools Operate forklifts Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
