Apartment Community We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team!

What You'll Do:

Handle general maintenance and repairs throughout the property Respond to tenant maintenance requests Perform basic plumbing, electrical,

Flooring What We're Looking For:

Previous maintenance or apartment maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs Good problem-solving skills Dependable and able to work independently Professional and respectful when working with residents Must have reliable transportation Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks Must be able to pass a background check.
