Job Description

Job Overview Starting Wage:
Based on experience We are looking for a motivated individual who has experience in a maintenance technician role and eager to grow their skills in an industrial environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants hands-on training, on-the-job learning, and long-term career development in maintenance within a foundry and cleaning room setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance tasks using hand and power tools Operate and maintain mobile equipment (forklifts, skid steers, lifts, front-end loaders) Conduct preventative maintenance on mobile equipment, including cleaning, greasing, oil changes, and filter replacements Clean and maintain equipment, tools, paint pumps, and related items Work closely with the maintenance team and foundry manager Assist with equipment breakdowns when needed Perform maintenance at heights (using ladders, lifts, etc.) as required for PMs or repairs Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times Maintain a reliable attendance record and arrive on time for every shift
Requirements:
Willingness to learn and grow within the role Basic experience or strong aptitude with hand and power tools Ability to safely operate mobile equipment Comfort working in an industrial foundry environment Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule when needed Strong commitment to safety Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
