HOURLY RATE OF
$22-24 + Mileage Reimbursement Holiday Pay & PTO after 90 days Paid Weekly! Partnered with Aflac and Zion for Health Benefits Chippewa Valley Property Management is seeking a maintenance professional to help maintain our rental property portfolio. Our portfolio mainly consists of properties within the Eau Claire, Chippewa, Jackson, and Dunn counties. The work will consist of general repairs, renovations, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks.Must have the following:
Own transportation (Valid driver's license) Own tools for general repairs Self-motivation Dependability Consistency Must be able to work independently Be able to bend, twist, crawl and lift at least 40 lbs Be able to stand or move around on your feet for 8 hours a day Cell Phone for Work Orders, mileage and team contact Respond to After Hours Emergencies during On-Call Rotation Prefer basic experience/background in any of following: Plumbing Electrical Painting Sheet Rock Flooring HVAC Other associated maintenance processesJob Type:
Full-time Monday- Friday 8am
- 5pm•Approximately 1 week out of 5-8 weeks will have to respond to emergency calls after hours.
