Job Description

Teronomy Property Management is a family-owned company currently seeking a dedicated maintenance technician. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual who meets the following qualifications and is prepared to take on the responsibilities outlined below: Self-motivated with attention to detail Effective communication skills Perform and schedule daily maintenance Preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing and electrical Ability to operate various hand and power tools Maintain positive relationship with property manager and office staff Building maintenance work on newer apartments Includes painting and drywall repairs Be available to work on an on-call basis Prior property maintenance experience a plus The ideal candidate would have some basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and HVAC.
