6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri) + OT as needed
Compensation:
$25-$30/hr Bonus / Incentives /

Overview:
We're seeking a hands-on Facility Maintenance Technician to support daily operations by maintaining and repairing critical building systems. This role focuses on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and being a key resource on-site.
Job Duties:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems Troubleshoot facility and basic production equipment issues Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals Assist with equipment installation and facility upgrades Use hand and power tools to complete repairs safely and efficiently Maintain work orders, parts, and documentation in
CMMS/ERP
systems Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED 1-3+ years of facility maintenance or related experience Strong experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems Ability to read schematics and perform hands-on troubleshooting Basic computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Office) Strong communication and ability to work independently Valid driver's license
Preferred:
HVAC certification and/or refrigeration certification
NFPA 70E
