Starting Pay:

Check out some of our projects at internationalconcrete.com Key Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician Observes electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate problematic functions. Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections. Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements. Performs Preventative Maintenance tasks, such as fluid checks and trailer inspection. Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments. Repairs or replaces defective parts. Install functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts. Starts devices to test their performance. Initiates purchase order for parts and machines. Repairs electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, such as forklifts, trucks (gas and diesel), trailers, mixer systems, cranes, and power tools
Qualifications:
Comfortable standing, lifting, kneeling, and operating on narrow surfaces. Technical degree in industrial maintenance or related field 1-5 years in Maintenance Field Have a team-centered attitude. Basic hand and power tool knowledge a plus. Tape measure and blueprint reading experience highly preferred.
