A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.

PM Night Shift:

Responsibilities include:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform preventive maintenance on molding and production equipment Diagnose equipment breakdowns and restore production quickly Support automation equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain HVAC, compressed air, chiller systems, and facility equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals Complete maintenance documentation and repair records Assist with machine setups and equipment calibration Perform emergency repairs during production as needed Provide feedback on maintenance procedures and continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to read electrical schematics and hydraulic prints Basic understanding of PLCs or ladder logic Knowledge of industrial safety practices and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Technical degree preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will be considered If you're looking for a stable, direct-hire opportunity with strong earnings potential, excellent benefits, and a schedule that provides built-in time off, we'd love to hear from you.
