Mobile Maintenance Mechanic Location:
Greenfield, Wisconsin (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an individual to support daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment across assigned facilities. Our team values effective communication and technical aptitude to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance within the working environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance and repair of lighting systems, HVAC/R systems, general interior components, and kitchen equipment. Perform minor plumbing repairs and fulfill general maintenance tasks, including activities such as painting, locksmith work, and addressing tenant service requests. Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, handling and storage of hazardous materials, and maintain records in CMMS systems such as Corrigo. Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed and communicate effectively with management regarding escalated issues.
Required:
Valid state driver's license. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in general building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and basic electrical work. Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and perform frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving. High school diploma or GED equivalent, with strong communication skills in English (oral and written), and the ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes.
