Pay:
$28
  • 32/hr DOE We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift team.
The ideal candidate must have direct experience working with rotary die cutting machinery — this is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and mechanical systems. Diagnose and resolve issues with rotary die cutting and other industrial equipment. Tear down, rebuild, and adjust machinery for top performance. Install new machines, fixtures, and complete utility hook-ups. Perform facility maintenance (welding, plumbing, painting, carpentry). Maintain facility systems (lighting, HVAC, structural). Conduct preventive maintenance and keep thorough repair logs. Instruct production teams on preventive maintenance. Design, fabricate, and repair small equipment, tools, and fixtures. Operate machine shop equipment for high-tolerance parts. Keep tools and equipment organized and in good condition.
Qualifications:
2-year technical degree or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of maintenance experience with rotary die cutting machinery (required). At least 3 years of facility systems maintenance experience. Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability. Proficient with hand/power tools, measuring instruments, and machining equipment. Able to read blueprints and work with close tolerances.
