Maintenance Technician
- 1st Shift Job Description Join a growing manufacturing team as a 1st shift Maintenance Technician, where you will maintain and repair food packaging equipment and facility systems in a GMP environment.
You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support continuous operations for custom packaging production. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot food packaging machinery, including conveyors, pumps, motors, boilers, cappers, and labelers. Complete weekly preventive maintenance (PM) activities on production and facility equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Inspect, adjust, and service mechanical components to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all machinery. Apply knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics to troubleshoot and repair related systems on production equipment. Follow GMP and safety standards while working in a food packaging environment, maintaining a clean and organized work area. Essential Skills At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar environment. At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting conveyors, pumps, and food packaging machinery. At least 3 years of experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics, including troubleshooting and repair. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical systems and components. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00
