  • Manufacturing / Extrusion Jackson, WI | 1st Shift | Overtime Available Join a Growing Manufacturing Team We are a privately owned manufacturing company specializing in aluminum extrusion, metal stamping, and custom fabrication.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production operations and help keep our equipment running efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting machinery, solving technical challenges, and working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. Schedule Monday
  • Friday 6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM Overtime available Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Typical range: $25.00
  • $32.
00+ per hour Additional compensation may be considered for highly qualified candidates What You'll Do Repair and maintain production equipment and plant machinery Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Assist with equipment installations and upgrades Work closely with production personnel to resolve equipment-related issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience Experience in a manufacturing environment required Experience with extrusion equipment strongly preferred PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics experience highly preferred Ability to work with industrial electrical systems, including 480V equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience reading electrical schematics and technical drawings Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required Technical certification, trade school training, or Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred Why Join Us?
