Gunderson Uniform and Linen is a leader in high-quality uniform and linen services, and we're growing. We're looking for someone with mechanical curiosity, a strong work ethic, and the drive to build a real career
  • not just fill a slot. If you're sharp, reliable, and eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest. This role is a launchpad. You'll work alongside our technicians, get hands-on training on real industrial equipment, and have a clear path to take on more responsibility as your skills grow. Prior maintenance experience is a bonus
  • what matters most is how you think, work, and show up.
What You'll Do Learn and perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and facility systems Work alongside senior technicians to diagnose and fix equipment issues, building your skills with every job Help spot small problems before they become big ones through routine inspections Respond to breakdowns and help get equipment back online quickly and safely Support installation and upgrade projects, gaining exposure to new systems and technology Keep clear, accurate maintenance records Follow safety protocols and contribute ideas for doing things better
Requirements:
What You Bring Curiosity about how things work
