JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title:

Facilities Technician I

Position Description:

Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity located in Middleton, WI.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Assist in the development and implementation of facility management plans and strategies while supporting facility maintenance activities and coordinating service requests.

Assist in space planning activities to ensure optimal use of facility space and conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify and address issues.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and service requests, ensuringpliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Assist in the procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment and provide support during office moves, including new hire setups and building relocations.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Must have active Driver's License and be able to travel between facilities

Familiarity with facility management software and space planning tools.

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.

Experience withputerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
