$26-31/hr, plus $1000 hiring bonus- What's a typical day as Facility Maintenance Tech? You'll be:
- + Conducting inspections and performing preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems + Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly + Responding to maintenance requests, emergencies, and equipment failures + Tracking maintenance activity and maintaining accurate records of repairs and inspections + Assisting in facility improvement projects and procurement of materials •This job might be an outstanding fit if you:•+ Have a high school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or vocational training a plus) + Bring 5+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial or facility setting + Are familiar with HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems + Are proficient with hand tools, power tools, and can read blueprints and schematics + Possess strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills + Can pass a pre-employment drug test + Are able to frequently stand, walk, and perform manual tasks; occasionally kneel, stoop, climb, or work at heights up to 20 feet; and lift/move up to 75 pounds + Are flexible to work outside regular business hours as needed •What happens next•Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience align well with the role.
