Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Repair & Maintenance Staff member to join our vibrant summer camp team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and upkeep of our camp facilities and equipment. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will help create a safe, welcoming environment for campers and staff alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your maintenance skills in a dynamic outdoor setting, contributing to memorable summer experiences for all participants. Benefits Primarily during the summer season. Live at camp 24/7 on the lake shore, all year round with most expenses paid. During the non-camp season you can work at other jobs or not. SNC.Camp. Then please respond if interested. Duties Perform routine preventative maintenance on camp facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, autos, and mechanical equipment. Repair and troubleshoot electrical equipment using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to ensure proper operation. Maintain and repair plumbing systems Oversee residential painting projects and perform general facilities maintenance Supervise or assist with team members on maintenance projects while demonstrating leadership qualities. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all maintenance activities while providing excellent customer service to staff and campers. Turn on Water in Spring and off in Fall Experience Knowing how to repair and maintain camp buildings and equipment.
