Job Description
Position Summary Alpine Slicing is seeking a motivated and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working with machinery, and learning new skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Perform mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostics and repairs to minimize downtime and support production operations. Complete preventive maintenance inspections, work orders, and scheduled equipment servicing. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation to safely perform maintenance activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting continuous improvement and facility projects. What You'll Bring High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred. Basic knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time management skills. Desire to learn new skills and grow within a maintenance career path. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 150 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work throughout the facility. Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing conditions. What We Offer Competitive pay ranges from $17.00 to $23.00 per hour.
