Job Description

Job Summary The Asset Maintenance Tech II plays a key role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing rental equipment. This position handles more complex repairs, manages inventory, and mentors less experienced team members. Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs on rental equipment, ensuring units are rental-ready. Lead inventory control, including cycle counts and necessary adjustments. Inspect equipment for quality assurance and ensure accurate documentation of check sheets. Manage work orders, recording all parts, labor, and related items. Conduct advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment issues. Operate a forklift as needed to move equipment and supplies. Mentor and train junior technicians on maintenance and safety procedures. Occasionally deliver or pick up equipment from customer locations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations Delivers and/or picks up berms from customers Other duties as assigned This is a safety-sensitive role that requires strict adherence to all company safety protocols and standards. Prospective employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2-5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical repairs, or a related field Proven experience with inventory control and cycle counts Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required Welding experience is preferred Forklift certification within 90 days of hire Valid driver's license Experience in the rental/pump industry strongly preferred At Ironclad Environmental Solutions, you can build a rewarding career and provide exceptional service in the process.
