Job Description

Thomson Companies, a leader in property management in the Waukesha County area is looking for the right person to join a great team who believe in the quality of their communities and the goal of resident satisfaction. We are in need of a maintenance technician at our New Berlin multifamily community locations.
Duties:
  • Completion of resident work requests.
  • Preparation of vacant apartments.
  • General apartment repair and maintenance.
  • Completion of special projects.
Hours:
8:00 am
  • 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday; On-call emergency rotation required.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of light electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
  • Swimming pool knowledge helpful.
  • Ability and willingness to work independently and/or as member of a (5) man crew.
  • Ability to move/lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, squat, and climb ladders.
