This position supports our Trachte facilities in Madison, WI and Oregon, WI, where we produce world-class engineered metal buildings for a variety of uses. Job Responsibilities Perform ongoing facility maintenance and report on equipment, including machinery, buildings, and structures. Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems (heating and cooling, water) in strict accordance with safety standards. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC, pipe, and electrical systems across the facility. Apply various hand tools, power tools, and equipment to ensure flawless operations. Collaborate with team members to successfully implement maintenance projects and adapt to frequent changes or unexpected challenges. Requirements At least 3-5 years of facility maintenance experience preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to identify solutions. Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality in all tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
