Job Description

Part-Time Handyperson We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Handyperson to assist with general maintenance, upkeep, and support tasks for our office, residence, and company properties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping facilities well maintained, and can manage a variety of responsibilities independently. Schedule Flexible hours Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Option for 3-4 days per week Approximately 25 hours per week Pay $15.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities Maintain water softeners, furnace filters, and monitor fuel oil levels for the office and residence Perform sweeping and general upkeep of buildings, maintenance shed, and garage Handle lawn mowing, light snow shoveling/removal, and minor tree and shrub trimming Complete basic vehicle maintenance, including changing windshield wipers Keep records of oil changes and maintenance for all fleet vehicles Change oil and filters when needed (preferred) or coordinate service appointments with company mechanic Load vehicles with materials and supplies for front office staff attending client meetings and trade shows Remove garbage from all buildings Clean out old office supplies and shred documents Assist with various maintenance and errand-related tasks as needed Qualifications Dependable and self-motivated Organized with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Comfortable performing light physical labor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Basic maintenance and handyman experience preferred Valid driver's license preferred If you are reliable, flexible, and enjoy helping keep operations running smoothly, we would love to hear from you.
