Job Description
Apply Property Maintenance Technician (Multi-Site) Plymouth & Kiel, WI Apply Job Type Full-time Description ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance support for Hawthorne Woods in Plymouth, WI, a 64-unit Section 8 apartment community consisting of multiple buildings with multifamily and senior housing, and Corner View Cottages in Kiel, WI, a brand-new 44-unit Section 42 Tax Credit community for residents ages 55+ currently under construction. Corner View Cottages will lease up in phases beginning on or around November 1, 2026 , with the final building scheduled for completion in April 2027 . This position requires travel between properties; therefore, candidates must have a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance . The Maintenance Technician is expected to provide their own standard hand tools. Participation in an on-call rotation is required, with the opportunity to join an expanded on-call rotation serving additional nearby ACC Management Group communities after the onboarding period is complete.
