Property Maintenance Technician Koss Services - 3.0 Racine, WI Job Details Full-time $18 - $30 an hour 5 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Construction painting Customer service Driver's License Attention to detail Hand tools Full Job Description Maintenance Technician Koss Property Maintenance is looking for a dependable and motivated General Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and can work independently while managing a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple properties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and helping keep properties clean, functional, and tenant-ready.
Responsibilities:
Complete general maintenance and repair tasks Assist with apartment/unit turns between tenants Handle tenant maintenance work orders in a timely manner Painting, patching, and basic drywall repairs Junk removal and general property clean-up General lawn care and exterior upkeep Light plumbing repairs and fixture replacements Basic troubleshooting and minor repairs Maintain organized tools, supplies, and work areas Travel between multiple property locations as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior maintenance, handyman, construction, or property maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Comfortable using basic tools and equipment Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as needed Strong communication and professionalism with tenants and team members Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work

Position Details:
