Maintenance Technician

Overview Mastercraft Industries is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair machinery, physical structures, and other facility items (plumbing, electrical, ductwork, buildings, etc.).

Responsibilities include:

• Perform preventative maintenance to existing pieces of equipment, including but not limited to:
• Equipment repair as needed including electronic components, motor replacement, dust collection, electrical and pneumatic connections, etc.
• Installation/Removal of equipment
• Fabrication/Repair of facility/items including plumbing, electrical, structural
• Maintenance/Housekeeping including facility/area cleanliness
• Maintain safe working environment
• Perform other duties as assigned All applicants must have a valid driver's license and ability to maintain it.

At times there is a need to travel up to 10% of the scheduled work time.

Education/Experience:

Minimum:

Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

Preferred:

3 to 5 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to read, interpret, and apply written procedures and specifications
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently or on a team
• Strong math skills
• Ability to read equipment schematics
